Sound proofing is any means of reducing the sound pressure with respect to a specified sound source and receptor.
Sound Proof Containers can be supplied as portable Containers or a fixed Containers. The portable containers will be supplied with base floor and the containers shall rest on no. leg supports. The containers will be inside acoustic treatment & outside weather proof bases we constructed.
The portable containers and fixed containers will have provisions for ventilation either with ventilation blower or with an air conditioner or a provision for cooling based on chilled water-cooling ducts. And if the customer required the partition of the wall, electrical control room and restroom fittings wanted we will provided also.
The containers will have glass (toughened glass) windows on three sides enabling the operator to maintain close monitoring of the plant. These containers can be readily installed in turbine halls, blower halls, process plants etc. Large custom-built soundproof container can be constructed at site as per customer specification. Generally these containers are designed to maintain a noise level of 65-70 dBA inside the container. Higher attenuation will be offered based on customer requirement.
